In order for your property to reach maximum potential, your Rental Associate will complete a thorough walk-through to provide you with a detailed list of items that need attention along with suggestions to improve revenue.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
We believe that photography is the most important marketing tool, so all of our properties are photographed at William Raveis’ expense.
We provide thorough national criminal background and credit screening for annual tenants.
HOLD ESCROW FUNDS
William will hold all money in a non-interest bearing account. Rental revenue is earned at move-in (seasonal or weekly rentals) or monthly (annual leases) are paid out within 14 days.
Rental Associates may assist tenants in filling out the forms and may answer general questions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT COLLECTION
If a tenant causes damage to your property, we will submit certified claims on your behalf per Florida law.
You will have access to online financial statements, end of year income and expense reports and tax documents. Direct deposit of rental money is also offered.
SALES AND TOURIST TAX
(vacation rentals) – We will set-up your account with the state and county tax collectors, collect from your tenant and remit monthly returns to taxing authorities on your behalf.

We have third party trained cleaning companies that we can schedule before and after each reservation. Annual deep cleaning of seasonal properties can also be easily scheduled.11.
